Melting- slowly but surely!

Weigh in day is here. 

September 8th- my weight is 226lbs that is a 2 pound loss this week!!  And I am rejoicing!!

I have been doing 30 Shred with Jillian Michaels this past week.  And boy is it a butt-kicker.  However it is only 20 mins long and that seems to be fitting better into my morning routinue than the 45 mins with the Biggest Loser dvd.
